The hotel was great, the service was outstanding, but I had a billing problem, and six weeks later, it still has not been resolved. Hyatt Customer Service has misrepresented, misled, obfuscated, and the list goes on. They are not easy to deal with. If you prepay your stay, you probably won't have a problem.
