We stayed three nights in August and we were somewhat disappointed since this is called a "boutique" hotel. The room was OK; not as nice as some Best Westerns we have stayed at. The light fixture for the room looked like it belonged in a jail cell; weird. The TV was small and you could not adjust the volume, even without the remote. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they said that's the way the system is. The hallways looked like they had suffered through a hard winter. Overall, I feel it was overpriced, plus they require a deposit equal to one night's lodging month's before your arrival.
