On checkin, we were informed our reservation was cancelled by telephone! They had his name, but no e-mails,etc. This was reserved through travel website and pre-paid. Manager got us adjoining inferior rooms. Will always refuse hotel services and question travel website as a booking service if their clients can be treated as such. Manager gave me a written letter which can be forwarded. Had to obtain a in room safe key
for a additional $3.00. This appeared to be a common key? We felt that it would
be dangerous to leave valuables as sliding outside door wouldn't latch!
