My husband and i booked this hotel to spend our wedding night in about two months prior to our wedding. On the day of, his brother went and checked us in for that evening. When we arrived that night after having a fabulous wedding they had given our room away!!!! The complimentary champagne that everyone else speaks of was not available to us, because they were out of glasses. (i guess they couldn't bother to wash some) They told us they were working on something and had us sit in the lobby with no explanation (still in wedding gown and tux) and wait for 45 minutes. We kept asking what was going on and were given no answer. Finally after an hour of waiting we went to The Marriot next door and were immediately given a suite. We have never received any apologies from the Aladdin. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A WEDDING NIGHT!
