We were very excited to arrive in California. San Francisco is a great town! With that said, when we checked into the hotel, the staff was not too accomodating. The water was shut off for 2 hours when we arrived. Unfortunately our room was in the 80's and there was no air, the window could only be open about 2 inches which gave no air flow.
The bedding was fabulous and beds comfy, if I didn't have to sweat all night! May be better in the winter time even though there was plenty of noise with the open window.
The lines were busy the whole time to the front desk. Not sure what was up with that. Coffee very seldom filled and will cost you for airport transfers (usually these are supplied by the hotels where I live?)
Great location makes up for all the problems with the room I guess but will probably try to find another hotel next time. Room very small- not a good bang for the buck!
No continental breakfast. The owners may need to take a trip to the French Quarter Inn in Charleston, SC to see what hospitality and amenities are!
