I still did not get refunds. I called so many times to the online travel agency and the hotel replied that they upgraded my room to jacuzzi room, which is a lie. They never gave me a upgrade offer. They just told me to go out. Never go this hotel. They never refund whatever happens. Most of all, I was being chased by a person in front of the hotel. I had to rush into the hotel elevator to escape. The hotel staffs was just looking not helping at all. Environment is so dangerous. Stay out of this hotel.
