After a long drive up the coast and a tour at hearst castle. Me and my wife we ready to go check in and ready for a shower and after to go out and have a dinner ! We got to the Hotel to check in and both people at the ft desk seemed to busy! Both buried in the internet it was like I bothered him to check in ! No smile or greetings, no thank you Very poor attude ! As this was not a cheap place to stay $* a night . The room was clean , the drapes are falling down and wont close. But When my wife went to take a shower The water pressure is so bad !!!!!! A little faster than a drip . and its not because the shower head is plugged up the sink pressure is the same way. Poor Poor water pressure . And the con breakfeast is, terrible rolls and donuts cut in pices. How much Cheaper can a place be . I would not spend over $* a night at this place . Thay Need to re think , Fix the plumming , Train staff , And make the customer #1 . Show thay App you spending you hard earned money with them. Because i will never stay again there !!!
