Service is not acceptable

My reservations were taken incorrectly 2 times. The first time we were able to get it correct prior to our trip. When we arrived, the desk had 1 person working. It was 3PM and people were hanging out in the tiny lobby. Our room key didn't work and we had to play with it to get it to open the door. The AC wouldn't go off and we had to keep the patio door opened. The room was "decent", but the hallway smelled like mold. I filled out the feedback card and received a complimentary 1 nights stay for FREE. We thought it was a nice gesture and would stay 2 nights & pay the extra 1 night. Give them a scond chance. We booked the room for 2 nights and bought tickets to a concert. My reservation e-mail came and it was for 1 night. WHAT THE HECK?? I cancelled everything and sent the complimentary coupon back. I stayed at another hotel and it was much better for the same price.
