The roomjs are small but very nice. The location was a little farther from the heart of town than we'd like, but, the price was more in our budget than the places in town. The pool and courtyard area was heaven! It was hard to believe that Duval Street was only a block away!
Our only complaint was the parking. It's at a premium in Key West and we were led to believe in their description that there was ample parking. There are 9 parking spaces for 40 rooms! We were told at check in that they were full and we'd have to drive around a few streets and look for a free space or we could use a pay lot a couple of blocks away - for a daily fee. We found a space close by on a side street and didn't dare to move our car the rest of the trip so we walked everywhere. The island is not that big so it really wasn't a problem, but, be forewarned about the parking!
Other than that, the staff was wonderfully pleasant and all the other guests were very nice. Breakfast was mostly muffins and bagels but the coffee was very good and the atmosphere was lovely.
