Very disappointed!

Where do I begin? When we walked in the room we were immediately greeted by a musty odor. The room was also very stuffy. The small window units did not adequately cool the room. Also the window unit was very loud and we had to turn it down to hear the tv and each other. However, when we turned it off the room became stifling. The worst part of the stay was that the room was not cleaned adequately. I checked in on a Thursday evening. Friday my family and I were out all day and expected to come back to a clean room. No such luck! The sink still had toothpaste in it. The shower and toilet had definitely not been cleaned. I left the card on the bed to have my linens changed, but they were not. I called the front desk to complain and had to wait an hour for someone to come and change the sheets, but I needed to put my 3 month old down for a nap. Same thing happened on Saturday. The room was not cleaned and the towels that we used were not replaced. We had to call down for some. Last but certainly not least, we ordered food from the hotel one night. They charged us astronomical prices for food that was basically microwaved. It was the most horrible hotel stay I have ever experienced. I was expecting a lot more since I enjoyed my stay at a Hyatt Place in Dallas. This one did not compare. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay at the nearest motel instead!!!
