lousy parking situation

They forgot to give me my 4am wake up call. Luckily I set my own alarm, otherwise I would have missed my flight. Their long-term parking is more expensive than that at the airport, and it feels less secure. I got there at 9:45pm and had to walk a great distance to the lobby. The parking lot did not feel secure. When I returned to get my car via the airport shuttle, the driver seemed half asleep, and more concerned with getting me out of the shuttle so he could smoke a cigarette. He didn't listen to anything I told him about where I was parked. When I tried to leave the "secured" parking area, I had to wait for the female employee to "wake up" so she could let me pay to get out. The fee was $35 for 3 days, and when I gave her $40, she didn't give me change back until I said something to her. Not the brightest or most professional staff. Great location and my room was really nice. I just wish they had a better parking situation and more on the ball staff.
