Nice hotel, definitely did not consider this to be a 5 star though! Suite was awkward and unusable, basically 2 separate very small rooms. Very small bathroom. Had to ask for toiletries. Had to ask many times for rollaway bed. Strange looking people loitering in lobby area and near guest room elevators made me feel uncomfortable. Location is not convenient for tourists, must take a taxi or use shuttle to get to popular tourist areas. Shuttle operates on regular schedule from early in AM to late in PM. Non-smoking hotel and smokers must use an uncovered area across from entrance to smoke. Not convenient in the cool windy times or rain! Probably nice for non-smokers. Hotel staff is not very friendly or helpful. There are too many hotel options in Hong Kong in better locations.
