We stayed there for a family get-together. We all had pool-side rooms so the kids could play in the water park. The patio doors to the rooms barely allowed you to open them. The spa was non-funtional the whole time we were there. We thought being in a large city during a weekday they could find a repair man for the spa, but no. The pool was warm in the morning, but ice cold in the evenings. There was a rash of car burglaries in the parking lot. One in our group lost a laptop and cash in the latest burglary. Our in-room guide for the Green Mill had erroneous information on it. We supposedly could order room service until 1 AM and order from the entire menu. We ordered at 10 pm, had to pick up our own order, and could not order from the entire menu. We will not stay here again.
