We stayed in a one bedroom condo. The first condo we had was not well equipped and we moved to another after two days. Probs: no view, no hair dryer, very few dishes, no safety mat in bath rm, no DVD or CD player, no radio, no TV in bedrm. The next condo was pretty good. Had the DVD player, but no TV in the bedrm. We like to stay at the Shores because the condos are usually great, the housekeeping is very good and the Waikoloa area is less crowded and closer to the beaches we like.
The front desk was quick to remedy our problems, although there is a heirarchy and keep asking until someone can take care of your problems.
The exercise room is OK. It is small but does have weights and treadmills. They need to monitor the kids. If they aren't going to exercise they have no business running around, screaming and being a nuisance.
