Checked in at the hotel in the early evening.
Checked in and ordered room service. Room service came, but no sliverware, no water, and no condiments. Called room service again to request these missing items.
No hot water in the bathroom.
The dining room and the bar are right below the second floor guest rooms. The noise from the bar persists into late night. We requested to know when, at least, the music would stop. We were told that it would stop by 10 PM. The noise did not stop past 10:30 PM. We had to check out after that. The hotel told us that the management had known about the potential issues of the room and the noise situation from the bar. However, the hotel management claims that Travel website does not provide the guest contact information, and they were not able to warn us about the known issues.
We were disappointed by the way we were treated.
