The Eaton is well located especially if you like to do the Night Market (3 minute walk) and the Ladies Market (25 minute walk) It's on the Kowloon side so you will have to take the Star Ferry, or a Taxi to get to Central on the Hong Kong side, bu either are easy and cheap and the quality of the hotel is well worth it.
