We have stayed at this motel many times and we were very disappointed that when we arrived Thursday evening, Oct.11, 2007. we were told that they gave our room away. I booked the room online, I ususally call and reserve it, but because we have a Choice Privilage account I booked the room through them. We just stayed at this same motel 3 months ago, July 6-8. The credit card that Choice Privilage had on file had been lost so we canceled it and I did not update the Choice Company. Apple Valley had the correct Visa number in their system from the July visit. I was disappointed that the staff at Apple Valley did not try to get us another room at a neaby Choice Motel. I felt like they had the resources to pull up the names and locations of the other motels in the area. As many times as we have stayed there over the past dozen years, loyality meant nothing.
