Great Location but needs Customer Service Help

The location is great - easy to find & near attractions/food. Clean & up to date. Breakfast very good! Front desk staff where not very interested in assisting guest & we not available in person 3 out of 4 times. They were available by phone but service was not very good. Jacuzzi & elevator both were out of service during our visit.
