When we came to check in the clerk tried to charge us more than we had agreed to on our internet reservation. The sign out front said "In room SPA". This smacks of fraud. Our room didn't even have a tub. only a dark shower with a cracked floor. The pillows were old and flat and the maid had to be reminded to leave washcloths, (some were old and see through). Pretty bad.
