Overall my stay at the Novotel was very pleasant. I had seen some bad reviews about the regular rooms so I made sure I reserved a novation room. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, and clean. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from the mall which is great, and its only a 20 minute drive to downtown Toronto (with no traffic). The restaurant isnt that great though very limited menu but the food is decent. The fitness facility leaves a lot to be desired but the pool is a good size. I'd definately stay here again.
