Superb staff. Very helpful. Check the room allocation and best to ask for front facing (book the deluxe room on the net as it would cost considerably more to upgrade at the hotel). Backrooms (std rooms) have glazed windows which are permanently locked, probably because it faces an old cemetary. Does not seem to disturb anybody. Excellent breakfast. Location is close enough to town but you would need to cab and at times this can be difficult. Hotel shuttle bus (free) leaves regularly to Times Sq and to Central. Staff go out of the way to assist in every way. Best deal: The massage housenext to the hotel. Hotel staff get a discount but massages would have to be done at the place. Massages at the hotel woulcost much more. Place is open until 2am and service and cleanliness are superb! Wireless internet available in restaurant and lounge.
