Coral Princess

We stayed at the Coral Princess the week of July 2010. It was not a terrible place, but it certainly was by no means great either. The staff is very friendly and warm, but the hotel itself is showing its age. It is geared more toward an older crowd and not families with teenagers or small children. There were practically no entertainment options there beyond the pool and the ocean for our 12 year old son. He was not allowed to even play pool with his dad because it was located in the bar area, which at the time was completely deserted. We were in an ocean room with no balcony. It was very tight. If staying, you may want to see about getting one of the condo units that have more space than the hotel suites. Overall it was okay, but if we return to Cozumel, I would look elsewhere for our needs.
