When I was looking for a place for my husband and I to stay for our anniversary I came upon the Marriott website. I saw a romance package with champage and a balancy and beautiful pictures. I made a reservation. I told them it was my anniversary and we wanted that package and for it to be very special and romantic. The web site even said you would get breakfast downstair or $* off a menu item. Upon arrival the construction next door was a mess. We checked in and was told there was no romanance package. Okay I guess we didn't need the wine anyways....that was okay even thought the internet showed this package. We tiped the bellhop to carry up our luggage ( this was the only friendly person this whole hotel). Our room was very tiny. We did have a balcony but it is only big enough to squeeze two patio chairs. After being in the room for a while I went into the restroom. The shower/tub was moldy and looked as though it had not been cleaned. After that we learned that we did not recieve the breakfast that we had seen either. I was very specific when booking the room and we didn't recieve what we asked for. We have stayed at a La Quinta for a nicer room and service than this. There is no fridge or microwave only the bare basics. \nSo much for a luxury hotel we thought we were getting. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!!
