Booked the hotel for a week but after the first night with a lumpy bed, dirty bathroom, lack of outlets, hot water and very dated furniture I went to the Hilton hotel where the service was much better. Shame on the X staff for not have try to help with my legetimate complains. I was given a handicap room, and after complaining about it then the second choice was worst. No adjustments or intention to help w the situation.
