desk staff was polite at best but maybe that 's all that is required. there was only one staff person that could help acquire an upgrade due to the fact that i booked through travel online, i was unable to upgrade because the hours that particular staff person was working i was out. my pet peeve was the fact that though the computer in the lobby area is for all patrons to use i don't believe the intent is for children to use the computer for hours on end playing games, if i had any idea this would be the case i would have brought my laptop.
