I have stayed at four point meadovale and had a great time but i unfortunately can't say the same about this four point hotel. I am seriously disappointed with the customer service i received. Last night i couldn't find an Ice Machine on my floor (6th floor). I called guest service and they told me its right next to elevator. I went back again and guess what, no Ice Machine. Then a kind guest told me, its not on this floor. I dont mind going to a different floor for Ice but atleast they should know and give the correct information if I am telling you that I am on the 6th floor. When i booked the room, it had the option to upgrade my room to deluxe that said that breakfast is included. I spoke to representative at the desk who was rude at handling this matter. He treated me like he is doing me a favor by talking to me. He told me that I am wrong. I am in customer service and the least you can do is empathize. The funniest thing was that i told him that, 'I am not wrong, i paid extra 7 bucks a day just to have breakfast included' and right off the back he said 'You are wrong Sir'. Moreover, I inquired about something at the desk last night. They were busy so they said they will call me back. Never got a call back. Customer service does matter. And what i have received so far its not customer service. I still have 3 more days at this hotel. So I may write some more. And my room didn't have refrigerator. There is an old TV.
