My wife and I stayed at the Casa Marina during President's week in 2010 for our "babymoon". Since we knew this would be our last vacation for a while, we splurged a bit. The hotel itself is beautiful and access to the private beach is great. Florida was experiencing unusually cold weather, so we could not swim, but the views were nice. I did swim in the pool one day while my wife went for a massage. The hotel is a bit pricey, but in walking around town, we thought it was the nicest place for the money. You do get hit with a "resort fee" whether or not you use the amenities such as wifi in the room. They also charge an arm and a leg to park in the lot, but we were able to park on the street for free with no problem - hey it was a rental car, so who cares? Overall, a wonderful hotel if you don't mind the price tag.
