This historic building is an extensively remodeled YMCA building. You can still see the wear on the stair's treads, which is really quite charming. The interior is quite beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the proximity of the hotel to Union Station. You can walk across the street and eat at any of the numerous restaurants or the food court at Union Station. However, we found that the Drury offered excellent food and drinks at no cost from 5-7 p.m. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was delicious and had a wide variety of foods to choose from. Our room, which was in the older portion of the hotel was small, but immaculate and well decorated. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. My only advice: take your swimsuit, they have a great pool area!
