What a shame! This building is a Boston icon and we enjoyed many times when it was manged by the Ritz Carlkton. This is now our second stay since the management change. Taj appears to have decided not to invest any monies in this property's maintenance or staffing talent. Having stayed in a suite, there were stained bed coverings , furniture and carpets. Room service was abhorrent! there are many fine hotels in the City, stay elsewhere.
