When we made the reservations, our daughter was not planning to come with us but at the last minute, she decided she wanted to join us. When we got to the hotel a queen bed and a very small room was waiting for us. When the bellman brought us to the room, he quickly called the front desk and requested a room change. Knowing three of us could not possibly sleep in a queen size bed. After a few moments we were relocated to a much nicer and larger room. What sets this hotel apart from others is that when you walk through the door, the staff greets you as a long lost friend. At first I thought they were just in a good mood, but by the third day I realized their enthusiasm was genuine and they really knew who we were. It was refreshing. We will stay at this hotel as often as possible.
