Arrived at the hotel around 10:00P. The hotel was very attractive and close to the airport, but on arriving at the reception desk, there was no one to handle my luggage. The receptionist was chatting with a security guard and he offered to help with my luggage. The first room I went to was in an old (and not very desirable) part of the hotel and the room was small, plain dreary and very hot and stuffy. After half an hour the poor air conditioning system failed to cool the room at all, and it was unbearably warm. The desk clerk told me they were booked solid, but somehow managed to locate another room on the first floor (again, not ideal), but at least the AC unit worked better and the room was tolerable. Not a great room and I thought overpriced at $150/night, but convenient to the airport and an attractive property on the outside. Would stay here again, but would request a room in the newer part of the hotel and on an upper floor.
