I made reservations for a club level room but they were sold out when I arrived. Instead we got a room next to the pool that was noisy, smelled like chlorine, and had a metal headboard that was no longer attached to the wall and it bang every time I turned over in bed. i did speak to the manager the next morning and they offered to pay for our breakfast!
