When we arrived they ignored us at the desk, were not going to let us stay because we were 21 and only had one 25 year old (the online description never stated you had to be 25 it just said 18-21). They gave us the wrong room number and were not helpful in helping us find our room when we asked. When we finally got to our room our key would not work so we once again had to ahul all our luggage back to the front desk where we had to wait ten minutes for someone to come help us. When someone finally came they inisisted we were using the key incorrectly. after two hours of walking around we finally got into our room. After we checked out, they charged us 300 dollars stating we broke glasses and what not and a window which was incorrect when we called to inquire about the charge they were un-cooperative and insisted we damaged the room, after two hours of arguing they finally addmitted to wrongful charges and said they would refund us our money, the refund took A MONTH to be put into my account. I will never ever suggest this place to someone. they should be shut down.
