This hotel looks nothing like what I saw on the ad. The rooms are not all that great. The staff was horrible. My first and last night, I slept with TV on and it was loud because It wouldn't turn off. I asked for a remote control at the front desk who referred me to housekeeping who didn't bring the remote control until morning. That's just one problem, there many others. I did not like this hotel. It really was ghetto.
