I agree with the previous post that the pictures are deceiving. The property is VERY run down and I didn't even want to WALK down to the beach. The lady at the front desk was very nice, and I felt sorry for her working in such a dump. Whenever we travel somewhere near the ocean I demand at least one night at a hotel on the water so I can fall asleep to the waves crashing. I was so concerned about safety, that I couldn't even leave the "balcony" door open. I locked it up tightly. :( The BEST part (sarcasm) was that someone was "revving" up the engine of their honkin truck and tearing around the parking lot RIGHT beneath our window at night.
