This is my first review out of so many times I used travelocity. ...rude staff, old room and unacceptable services. We traveled for 10 days in CA,NV and AZ so we were just looking for a place to sleep and go.This was the worst of the worst nightmare for us when I spent time in CA, NV & AZ. I asked for first floor room because we have lots of stuffs to carry. The front desk immediately answered "no available room" with lots of empty room I can see. If you read my review, please go somewhere else at the same budget.
