Mr. Wynn needs to work on Customer Service more.

The Wynn resort is decorated impeccably and the rooms are quite posh. The customer service i had hoped to experience was lacking during our stay. The main customer service I focus on is the valet/bell service. I always rent a car and am a seasoned Las Vegas visitor. I always in my mind take note of the attentiveness of the greeting at the front entrance, which was more than o.k. However, the departing bell service was horrible. We had to wait at least 45 minutes before the bell man came up to our room to get our bags when we checked out. We also had to wait quite a long time for the car to be retrieved and for the valet to go get the bags from the front entrance. I hope the next time I do not experience this. Otherwise, the front desk personnel were wonderful as well as the casino staff.
