This place is amazing! We have stayed on Isla Mujeres previously, and this hotel has the best beach on the island. (we know because we rented a golf cart and drove around the whole perimeter). We purchased the all inclusive which includes three restaurants and a buffet option, and all your drinks. The food was typical of what you normally find at the Mexican all inclusive' s. The rooms are fabulous. We got a deluxe suite and it was exactly as pictured! It got the "oh wow!" comment from my husband when we walked in. The island is a quiet, relaxed place, and it was a terrific place to spend our 20th wedding anniversary. The hotel is right on the corner at the north end of town. So you walk right across the street for shopping and restaurants. The only "issues" we had during our stay was with the maid service. They were not great, and we have certainly had better. We never knew what time they were coming, or what they would do when they got there. One of the days we had a great maid, the rest of the time was questionable. The overall resort is very clean. The service at the beach was fabulous. We stayed in chairs under our hut, and they brought us drinks and food and whatever we needed. We would tip them $5 a day and they treated us like kings. This is definitely one of our favorite places. We'll be back.
