Arrived at the hotel - overbooked. They sent us to a hotel that was not at all comparable. We were left to find our on hotel for the night. They said Travel agency would refund us for the night - but in contacting TTravel agency NO - they don't stand behind that policy. Rip off. Next day checked in - Was suppose to have Garden View - 2 beds. Received parkinig lot view, 1 bed and 1 uncomfortable pull out couch without any bedding. Requested bedding received 1 flat sheet and a comforter. Room with no phone - when people called they were told we where not booked there. Would not recommend using Travel agencyor booking this hotel.
