We were in Boston during a very busy time. It was Regatta weekend so it was crowded and the hotels were very expensive. We were lucky to find this one which was fairly priced for the busy weekend and very close to Copley Square and Back Bay area. We could also walk to our son who is at Northeastern University. The room was VERY clean and efficient. I believe the bed was a double which is a little small and there was only the desk chair to sit on. There wasn't a lot of room to spread out and relax. We didn't mind since we weren't in the room very much and the location made up for it. I would definitely stay there again if we were looking for a room in the area.
