We arrived the hotel earlier than check in time and we were at the check in Counter, the staff inform us that we were early and most likely we won't be able to check in until check in time. They will inform us when the room is ready, took my cell number. That' s was fine because we went to one of the restaurant and had lunch then we walked around the hotel. We had two rooms, one of my girl friend got a call and were able to check in around 1pm. After she check in, we walked around the hotel waiting for my call, we waited, waited and waited, no call. I called to the front desk, they tell me to be patient. Finally at 5pm, I went to the front and asked why am I not allow to check in, is way past in check in time. The lady told me, Oh, you room is ready since 2pm. I said, oh really! How come no one call me and when I called the front desk, your staff told me to be patient. There were no answer and she just hang me the key. There we no apologies what so ever. So I guess this hotel doesn't really need my business. In Las Vegas, there are many options for hotels, I didn't expect Wynn to serve their customer this way. I guess they need to train their staffs.
