A lot of noise. Staff very slow to respond to anything.

There was construction going on throughout the night. We first complained around 8:00 pm to be moved to another room. The staff keep putting off moving us until about 11:00 pm when we were moved to the main street side of the hotel. The noise from the street was loud all night long, garbage trucks, utility vehicles and sirens throughout the night. With the noisy rooms and lack of attention by the front desk staff I will be staying at another hotel while in Boston.
