I'll start by saying that the desk staff was courteous, friendly and did a fine job. And the room was a good price, basic but clean. Other than that though, the one night I stayed was a horrendous experience. Maybe I got unlucky, but I wasn't willing to stick it out for another 3 nights. Issues: Although the room was clean, there was a musty smell that I think contributed to driving my allergies insane. The 2nd floor was extremely warm. I'd have been ok with that if the AC unit in the room could have been used to condition my room the way I'd have liked it, but it wouldn't turn on. This made it very difficult to sleep. The walls and doors let all noise through, people were stomping around until after midnight and I could hear the neighbors TV run the entire night. The bed was very uneven, and pillows fluffy...until you lay on them and they squish to nothing. Add to that that the wireless internet acted up and required calling their company to get a static IP, wasting 45 minutes between the initial testing attempts and the call. All in all I was VERY unhappy by the time morning came and I had gotten 3.5 hours sleep. I didn't take it out on the desk folks though, simply asked to check out early rather than staying the week.
