Unpleasant Visit

There was construction going on at the condos next door to the hotel for 3 days of our 7 day stay. They were using jack hammers on a patio. You could not sit on your balcony and relax nor could you sit anywhere on the Shores' patio without jackhammers constantly pounding away. I called guest services and asked them to find out how many days it would last. They never called me back. A total waste of our money and vacation. And this was Memorial Day weekend. The restaurant meals were not very good. Think Denny's -only not as good. Also, every day a huge van and closed trailer arrived at 7:30 am and parked right in front of the outdoor bar/patio area and stayed until 6:00 pm obstructing the view of the beach.
