The only downfall to this hotel is when I arrived, the desk staff were joking around with eachother while I stood at the counter waiting for service. Once they saw me, they were courteous and helpful. The front door staff/valet was very helpful. He gave me great directions and the complimentary coffee out front made my drive home very nice.
