When I booked my room, I didn't notice that it was a smoking room (my bad), and we figured it out when we checked into the hotel after a very long drive. Even though the rate was non-refundable and pre-paid, the Bellman and desk manager worked with me to help me find a non-smoking room that would work for my very tired family of 6. When we got into the room, we found the toilet was plugged. I called the frontdesk and within 5 minutes, the maintenance person was there and had everything fixed for us. We ordered room service which was very affordable and delicious, and enjoyed their complementary cooked-to-order breakfast the next day. Their staff's going the extra mile for us to make sure our stay was good made a repeat customer out of me. I recommend them highly.
