had a problem with a dirty room upon checking in. Tried to work it out with mgr. Refused to help. Decided to leave and go somewhere else and they refused to refund any money or offer any discounts on future stays. I was told that because I booked through travelosity they would not help me. They suggested that next time I book throughout them. Uggggggg!
