I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near Pearson Int'l Airport on Jan. 23rd, 2010 and overall it was a wonderful experience and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Travelocity and the hotel staff. I arrived the night of the 23rd and was greeted warmly by the shuttle driver and after a long stay in Canada for school away from family it meant alot. Arriving at the hotel was great as the front desk helped me find a place near by to grab a bite to eat and even arranged a ride for me! Talk about going above and beyond. The next morning after a wonderful sleep I was treated to a great complimentary breakfast followed by a short workout and swim in the gym and pool which were both very nice and super clean. While checking out, the front desk informed me that there would be heightened security at the airport because an orange alert had been issued by the U.S. and that meant that I was probably running very late for my flight as I had not given myself enough time to go through security. Realizing my stress, the manager gave me a ride to the aiport right away so I wouldn't have to wait for the shuttle! I was so grateful! I made my flight and arrived home safely. The hotel and staff went above and beyond and I will never forget that and cannot wait to return so I can thank them properly. THANK YOU HILTON GARDEN TORONTO AIRPORT! Josef Niva.
