Poorly maintained rooms & terrible customer service

During my stay of 2 weeks here, I had many problems and the Front Desk Staff/Mgmt were very unresponsive. I would have changed hotels after the first couple days but unfortunately the stay was pre-paid and not refundable. Problems: 1) A very noisy refrigerator with a failing compressor woke me up repeatedly during the night. I would have just unplugged it but i needed to use it. Several calls and a visit from maintenance solved nothing. I finally had to change rooms to "fix" it. 2) Ongoing problems with noise (neighbors partying ALL night, fights, people kicking on doors and yelling). This didn't just happen once but at least half of the nights i was there. As far as I could tell the Front Desk never followed up on a single compaint. 3) The bed was very uncomfortable.
