I was charged twice for the room. Once I was charged through travelocity and then Windsor Court again charged me for the whole stay again. It came up on my credit card even after they said that there weren't anymore charges when we left. I was very disappointed because other than that the bed was way too soft the stay was quite nice. When they charged me for 2 weeks and I only stayed 1 that is when the hotel lost a good rating from me. I wouldn't recommend it because we had to jump through hoops to get the overcharge reimbursed even though it was their fault.
